I’m so glad you’re here! This journey toward living a Cancer Conscious life is deeply personal to me. I lost my mom to cancer – an experience that changed my life forever.
As her full-time caregiver, I witnessed the heartbreak of this disease up close. But I also discovered the power of knowledge—the kind of knowledge that can make you feel less helpless and more in control. I poured myself into learning everything I could about cancer prevention, healing, and supporting the body through food and lifestyle.
Now, as the founder of Cancer Conscious Kitchen, my heart is set on sharing what I’ve learned (and what I wish I would have known sooner). Every recipe, every tip, and every word here is rooted in love, experience, and a deep desire to make this path a little easier for you.
